Canceling Your Debit Card
If you're a TruPoint Bank online banking customer and your debit card is lost or stolen, your first line of defense is to simply toggle your debit card "off" within your online banking area. After this immediate protective measure, please take the following steps. (You DO NOT need to know your card number. Remember, the bank will NEVER ask for your card number. You will need to know the name and address the card is under.)
- Call 888-297-3416
- Follow the prompts to cancel your card
- Call the bank the next business day to inform them and to order a new card
- You should also log in to online banking and check your account. Make note of any recent transactions that were not made by you and discuss those with the bank as soon as possible.
