 You're going to love our new online banking features and mobile app debuting in 2020! Here's a sneak peek at a few of the dynamic features.

Debit Card On/Off – Looking for more control over your debit card? Simply tap a button and you can disable or enable your debit card via online banking or your TruPoint app.

Picture Pay – Paying bills online has never been easier! Simply take a picture of a paper bill with your phone or tablet while in the TruPoint app and the payee will populate -- or simply upload to a computer! It's faster than walking to the mailbox!

Pay a Person – Pay anyone, anywhere! Make fast & secure payments with just a few clicks. Easily send half the dinner tab, your share of the rent or an IOU. Need to send money to kids in school or pay somebody back? No problem. Easily send money from your account to someone securely via email or text with "pay a person."

External Transfers – Need to send money to your non-TruPoint account? Now you can make external transfers from one institution to another with a few clicks.

Enhanced Alerts – Personalized alerts help keep you secure, on track and in control. Choose alerts to enable and personalize your notifications for a low balance, account transfers, transaction limits, mobile check deposits, login changes and more!

Single Sign-on – Bank from your computer, tablet or phone with the same look and feel and just one user ID and password!

Messaging – Send secure messages regarding your banking questions and needs right within online banking.

General FAQ

How do I login for the first time on February 18, 2020?
You’ll need to use your online banking username and password on both online banking and the new mobile app. Login with these credentials and you’ll be required to verify yourself and then set up a new password. Currently, we have two different usernames — one for online banking and one for the mobile app. Our new system will allow you to have a single username for both! (Business customers, please see Business FAQ section below.)

Will I need to download a new app for mobile banking?
Yes. Beginning February 18, you will need to download the new app from your App Store.

Why is online banking changing?
We want to provide you with a more POWERFUL online and mobile banking experience offering additional functionality and improving security, convenience, and efficiency.

Will my current info from Bill Pay come over to the new system?
All payees and scheduled payments will convert over. Please note, Bill Pay will be unavailable February 10th through February 17th as we upgrade our online banking system. Bills already scheduled prior to this time will be paid as usual on the date scheduled. You will be unable to schedule new payments from February 10th through February 17th.

Will I be able to see my account history?
Yes! You will see your account history. You'll also be able to see 48 months of eStatements.

What devices are compatible with this system?
Android phones, iPhones, iPads, desktops, laptops -- you name it! Your login is universal across all devices and you'll enjoy a very similar user experience. 

Additional FAQ for Business Customers

How do I login for the first time on February 18, 2020?
You’ll need a Company ID (last 5 of EIN), current online banking user name, and a new password provided by TruPoint Bank. Currently, we have two different usernames — one for online banking and one for the mobile app. Our new system will allow you to have a single username for both! The first time you login you must use your ONLINE banking username for both. Login with these credentials and you’ll be required to verify yourself and then set up a new password.

Will my current info from Bill Pay, ACH, and Wires come over to the new system?
All payees and scheduled payments will convert over. Please note, Bill Pay will be unavailable February 10th through February 17th as we upgrade our online banking system. Bills already scheduled prior to this time will be paid as usual on the date scheduled. You will be unable to schedule new payments from February 10th through February 17th.

Will this system use cookies like the old one?
No. We're happy that this system will use a more sophisticated verification process that utilizes text, email and voice. 

Can I reset the user name and password?
Supervisors are now able to reset passwords for their users but the supervisor password and username must be reset by a bank officer.

What accounts will I be able to see?
Supervisors have full access to all business accounts. If a supervisor has personal accounts as well, those can also be viewed together with business accounts under the Business Log-In. Supervisors set permissions for other users to determine which accounts they can view.
