Pay a Person – Pay anyone, anywhere! Make fast & secure payments with just a few clicks. Easily send half the dinner tab, your share of the rent or an IOU. Need to send money to kids in school or pay somebody back? No problem. Easily send money from your account to someone securely via email or text with "pay a person."
External Transfers – Need to send money to your non-TruPoint account? Now you can make external transfers from one institution to another with a few clicks.
Enhanced Alerts – Personalized alerts help keep you secure, on track and in control. Choose alerts to enable and personalize your notifications for a low balance, account transfers, transaction limits, mobile check deposits, login changes and more!

To get the most of your online banking via your mobile device, sign up for our TruPoint Bank App! To download, simply access either the iTunes or Google Play store (according to your device type) and download the TruPoint Bank app.
In order to use the app, you must have first signed up for mobile banking AND be an online banking customer. The steps to enroll are simple.
As an additional security measure, please follow the manufacturer's guidelines in terms of keeping your mobile device's operating system up-to-date. TruPoint Bank will never send you a text or email and ask for your account numbers, passwords or security questions.

What is Mobile Check Deposit? Mobile check deposit is a convenient feature of TruPoint Bank’s mobile banking app that makes it simple to securely deposit checks using your smartphone or tablet. Other terms for mobile deposit are “remote deposit” or “remote deposit capture”.
Is it secure? Yes, depositing checks with Mobile Deposit is safe and secure. Every deposit is password protected and highly encrypted.
Who is eligible to use mobile deposit? To be eligible to use mobile deposit, you must have a checking or savings account in good standing, be enrolled in mobile banking, and have the most recent version of the TruPoint Bank App.
How do I activate the mobile deposit feature for mobile banking? You must complete an enrollment form by visiting your local branch, calling TruPoint Bank at 276-935-8161, or completing an online enrollment form. The form will be submitted for review and approval. You will receive an e-mail once approved.
When can I start using mobile deposit once I receive a welcome e-mail? You can begin using the mobile deposit immediately once you receive an approval e-mail. Simply, ensure you have downloaded the most recent version of the TruPoint Bank App.
When will my funds be available for withdrawal? Once approved, your deposit will be available the next business day if approved prior to 5 P.M., Monday - Thursday or 6 P.M., Friday. Any deposit approved after these times will be made available the 2nd business day. As a reminder, bank holidays are considered non-business days and may delay funds availability for approved deposits.
Can I deposit any type of check? You may only deposit checks made payable to the account owner and drawn on a United States bank. Any returned check cannot be re-presented through mobile deposit and must be presented to the bank for processing.
Are there any limits for deposits made through Mobile Deposit? Yes, limits will be disclosed in your welcome e-mail once you have enrolled and been approved for this service.
May I deposit more than one check at a time? You may deposit multiple checks in the same mobile banking session; however, you may only photograph and submit one check at a time. Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply.
