On behalf of TruPoint Bank, we want to assure you that the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and our communities is our top priority. As such, as of Friday, March 20, we will transition to drive-thru banking as the preferred method of interaction.

Our lobbies will be open for banking needs by-appointment only. This protective measure will allow us to follow the recommended occupancy and social distancing guidelines established by the CDC to protect your health and safety.

You can conduct your banking without visiting an office. 
Our online banking and mobile app allow you the opportunity to bank anywhere, at any time. If you are not currently signed up for these services, please visit to enroll. Or, if you prefer, stop by one of our offices (or call) and we will personally walk you through step-by-step, helping you get this valuable service set up.

  • Transfer Funds (internal & external)

Our 24/7 telephone banking is available to check your account balance, review your transactions, transfer funds, make a loan payment, or report lost or stolen cards.  Simply call TeleBanker at 888-419-4222.

Finally, our ATM locations offer an additional means of interacting with us without coming inside the bank.
